A BIG thankyou to those parents who helped out with rides to and from the theatre on Monday. It was much appreciated!

Production Schedule: Thursday 28th ... 1pm Full run through at the Theatre Friday 29th ... 10.00am Full dress rehearsal with the rest of South School watching. Monday 2nd July ... 10.30am Final dress rehearsal / matinee. St Canices and North School will be watching. This will also be an opportunity for anyone who is unable to make it to the evening performances, to come and watch. Tuesday 3rd July ... 7pm Public performance Wednesday 4th July ... 7pm Public performance. What a fantastic afternoon of Rippa Rugby! Our team of year 6 children played outstandingly. Despite losing to St Canices in the last match, they should be super proud of their effort and their teamwork. Congratulations to all the team members.
JUST 2 WEEKS TO GO! Rehearsals are going really well and everyone is working so hard!! Here's a wee sneak peek at practice today ... REMEMBER - Tickets can be purchased from the NBS Theatre.
Does anyone have a wheelbarrow we could borrow for the Production?
It doesn't need to be a huge one - but bigger than a child's one. It just gets pushed onto the stage, and then off again, but a student does need to be able to sit in it. And the older, or rough condition, the better. If anyone can help out, please let Mrs Rout know. Thank you. This morning Mrs Rout and Miss Ward trialled a new online quiz with the class. What a success!! So great to see every student in the class working co-operatively with a partner and totally focused on what they were doing.
As an aside, both Mrs Rout and Miss Ward spent their Friday night playing at home, sussing out the perfect quizzes for next week!! |
