As usual, Room 1 and 2 was a hive of activity - scrubbing desks, making bunting for the Santa Parade float, battleships, charades, cards and hairdressing.
What a wonderful night we had last night. All our afternoons of social dancing certainly paid off as everyone confidently danced their way through the Waltz, Palais Glide, Boston Two-Step, Gypsy Tap plus another 12 dances!
The children certainly scrubbed up well - so well in fact, that some were hard to recognise!!! The girls were stunning in their beautiful dresses, and the boys were very snazzy in their collar and ties, and in some cases, even suits. Thank you to everyone for the effort you went to. As teachers, we really appreciated it. You made us very proud! 9am on Monday morning saw the middle and senior school head down to the NBS Theatre for Mrs Grant's farewell assembly. It was a very special time for us all and a wonderful tribute to Mrs Grant. She will be missed by us all.
